Brian LaDuke

​Chief Executive Officer

Brian was named CEO in 2023, and leads Sarnova, consisting of the Emergency Preparedness division, Cardiac Response division, Acute division and Digitech. 

Brian joined Sarnova in 2017 as President of Emergency Preparedness and was later named President of the Cardiac Response division in 2021. Throughout his tenure, Brian has been a transformational leader, building effective teams and leveraging his commercial acumen to grow the businesses.
 
Prior to joining Sarnova, Brian served as a Vice President at Invacare Corporation, a provider of home and long-term care medical. Before Invacare, Brian held numerous roles at Formica Corporation, as the Senior Director of Marketing – North America, where he led multiple divisions for the North American market with oversight of Marketing, Sales and Operations, as Formica’s Director of Business Development and as Director of OEM/Fabrication.
 
Brian has his Master of Business Administration – Business from Xavier University.
 
Brian has his Bachelor of Arts – Business Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University.
