Jim McGannon

Sr. Vice President, Human Resources

At Sarnova, Jim has many specialties including mergers and acquisitions integration, talent management, succession planning, learning & development, employee relations, legal compliance, talent acquisition & retention and benefit plan design.

Prior to Sarnova, Jim was the HR Manager for Bare Essentials, where he managed all HR and generalist functions for distribution and logistics.

Before that, Jim was the Director of Recruiting and Staffing at Retail Ventures, Inc.

Jim has also held positions such as Regional HR Manager for Gap, Inc./Old Navy and District HR Manager for Toys “R” Us.

Jim has his Master of Business Administration – Human Resources Management/Personnel from the University of Phoenix, and his Bachelor of Science – Marketing from Indiana University.
